My sleep schedule

What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

10:30 pm and 6:30 am

Currently, my sleep schedule revolves around a consistent routine. As the clock strikes 10:30 pm, I prepare to bid farewell to the day and embrace the tranquillity of sleep. It is a moment of quietude when the world around me settles, and my mind begins its descent into a restful slumber.

Wrapped in the comforting embrace of my bed, I surrender to the gentle embrace of the night. The pressures and demands of the day gently dissolve as my body succumbs to the rhythm of deep relaxation. Thoughts and worries find their rightful place in the realm of dreams, and a sense of tranquillity washes over me.

During the night, as the world carries on at its tempo, I venture into the realm of dreams, where imagination intertwines with the subconscious. It is a time of vivid stories and mysterious landscapes, where anything is possible. The boundaries of reality become blurred, and my mind explores uncharted territories, guided only by the whims of the sleeping mind.

As the first rays of dawn peek over the horizon, the world outside begins to stir, and my body gradually awakens from its slumber. The soft melodies of the morning birds greet my ears, signalling the start of a new day. With the passing of each minute, my senses reawaken, and I gradually become attuned to the rhythm of the waking world.

At precisely 6:30 am, I open my eyes, refreshed and rejuvenated from a night of restful sleep. The drowsiness that once clung to me has dissipated, replaced by a sense of renewed energy and purpose. It is a moment of transition, where I bid farewell to the realm of dreams and embark on a new journey through the realm of wakefulness.

With the rising sun as my guide, I rise from my bed, ready to embrace the day that awaits me. The hours of sleep have replenished my spirit, providing me with the vitality and clarity necessary to face the challenges and joys that lie ahead. It is a time of possibilities, where the world is full of promise and adventure.

And so, as night gives way to day, and slumber transforms into wakefulness, I step forward with gratitude for the restorative power of sleep. The rhythm of my sleep schedule offers a harmonious balance between rest and activity, allowing me to embrace each day with renewed vigour and a clear mind.

9pm is when I am mostly in bed by whether working or not. It’s rare I stop up by 10pm.
But while I have had no evening part time job, I have been enjoying going to bed earlier. Which is not like me to go at the times I have done. But have.

In a mornings, on a working day my alarm will wake me up 4.15am. (4.10am if I find myself awake before the alarm.)
When am not working, 6am seems my natural wake up time. Sometimes I don’t get up at that time and I am in till 8am. But I do enjoy getting up at 6am.

    1. It’s great that you’re enjoying going to bed earlier and finding a natural wake-up time even on days off. Having a consistent sleep schedule can definitely contribute to overall well-being and productivity.👍

My natural wake up time seems to be 6am before I even started going to bed earlier than 9pm. But once I have an evening job again, it will be 9pm. Just so feel I am living before sleep for work next day. 9pm is my limit to get up and feeling efficient for my morning job.

When I am not working, I try and stay up until 10pm. But I have found for about a year that I still tend to want to be in bed by 9pm. I don’t always feel great trying to stay up any longer.

I certainly need my sleep to feel good mind-wise and productivity wise.

      2. Adapting your schedule to accommodate your natural sleep patterns can help you feel more rested and efficient overall.
