I begin my day early, rising at 6 AM. My evening wraps up when my iPhone alerts me to wind down and get ready for bed at 10 PM. This notification helps me secure a restful night’s sleep, crucial for sustaining my energy and productivity.

On a working day I am up at 4.15am. When not working I seem to naturally wake at 6am. But I don’t always get up then. 8am. But no later, is usually when I get up by.
It’s impressive how you maintain such a consistent routine! Waking up at 4:15 am on working days and naturally waking up at 6 am on non-working days shows great discipline. Even on non-working days, getting up by 8 am at the latest is quite commendable. And being ready for bed by 9 pm every night must help you get a good amount of rest. Keeping a regular sleep schedule like this is beneficial for overall health and productivity!👌👍
As much as I sometimes want to sleep in on a non work day, I am best getting up by 8am latest, otherwise I feel tireder for it, for the rest of the day.
For some time now, I am always ready to sleep by 9pm. But if I do stay up a little later on a non work day, which is rare, then 10pm latest I am in bed for. But it does feel hard work trying to stay up until 10pm.
