What advice would you give to your teenage self?
If I could advise my teenage self, I’d say: Be confident in saying no to things that don’t feel right, surround yourself with positive friends, and remember that online images don’t reflect real life. Explore various activities, seek mentorship, and know that passions can change. Balance academics and personal time, don’t hesitate to seek help and remember grades aren’t everything. Find healthy coping mechanisms, share your feelings, and practice self-compassion. Remember, you’re not alone, embrace your uniqueness, forgive yourself for mistakes, and keep believing in your potential. Trust your instincts, explore interests, and keep growing.
