The journey continues with freehand exercises, a blend of stretching, callisthenics, and bodyweight movements that prepare my body for the subsequent 30-minute yoga session. This yoga routine includes Ashwini mudra and Kapalbhati, contributing to physical exercise and mindfulness.

The practice of Ashwini mudra involves contracting and releasing anal sphincter muscles, believed to enhance digestion and energy flow. Kapalbhati, a cleansing breath exercise, aids in respiratory system clearance and mental and physical detoxification.

Concluding this invigorating routine is an open-air bath, more than just a shower, providing a refreshing connection with nature. This holistic morning ritual has significantly reduced stress levels, increased energy throughout the day, and enhanced my overall well-being.
