Celebrating a Small Win: 6 Years on LinkedIn and Counting!
Today, I’m thrilled to share a small yet significant milestone in my professional journey—6 years with LinkedIn! It’s hard to believe how quickly the time has flown, and receiving that email from LinkedIn, congratulating me on this anniversary, made me pause and reflect on how much I’ve grown over the years.
LinkedIn has been a fantastic platform for me to connect, learn, and share. It’s interesting to see people from companies like Aaseya and NYTT taking a moment to stop by my profile. These connections remind me how opportunities often arise unexpectedly, simply through the power of visibility and networking.
Another exciting development is that I’ve levelled up my profile with four new skills: University Teaching, Construction Management, Software Industry, and more. It’s these little additions that not only reflect my growth but also align with LinkedIn’s data that 50% of hirers use skills to find the right candidates. Who knows what new doors these updates might open?
Perhaps one of the most gratifying aspects of this journey is seeing how my posts have reached people. With 66,498 post views, I’m reminded that the ideas I share are making an impact. Knowing that my thoughts have resonated with so many is truly a rewarding experience.
This milestone, though small in the grand scheme of things, serves as a reminder of the power of consistent effort, learning, and staying connected. It also highlights the importance of celebrating the little wins along the way—because they are the building blocks of bigger successes.
